Job Description
Job DescriptionThis position is for a mechanical or electrical engineer at a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering company. Work involves designing MEP systems for building construction, and and providing construction administration services. Work is performed primarily in Autodesk Revit, with minor use of Excel, AutoCAD, and application-specific software. This position will involve visiting construction sites and attending project meetings.
Experience with Revit is preferred but not required.
Basic computer literacy is essential. The applicant must be capable of typing at a reasonable speed without typos. The applicant must be capable of navigating Microsoft Windows and the various pieces of software we use. Clear and concise written English skills are essential.
We have an extremely flexible vacation and sick leave policy.
Part-time is negotiable for an applicant with family or other obligations.
Compensation will be based on experience, capabilities, and credentials. We are a young and growing firm. Partnership is available to a motivated applicant, particularly a motivated mechanical PE.
