Medical Receptionist_ at National VIP plays a pivotal role in supporting our Pain and Vein practice across our Long Island locations.

What you'll do..._

• Greet registered patients upon their visit, triage patients through the patient flow process, and ensure a smooth experience.
• Fulfill clerical responsibilities, such as sending/receiving/scanning medical records, obtaining diagnostic reports and managing the charting process.
• Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of clinical equipment, promptly escalating issues to the supervisor.
• Collect copayments, update EMR system, insurance verification.

You should have..._

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Receptionist preferred.
• Customer serviceoriented mindset.
• EMR systems (1 year preferred)
• Spanish proficiency preferred. (required)
