    is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team We are currently seeking a

    Medical Equipment Planner

    with the opportunity to work in one of our West Coast locations.

    As a

    Medical Equipment Planner , you will be responsible for providing medical equipment planning support for assigned projects.

    Assists with inventories, creating preliminary equipment list and making updated edits as required, assisting with user group meetings, and supporting the procurement management process, as necessary.


    Principal Responsibilities:
    Assist with inventories and assessment of existing equipment.
    Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
    Work in Attainia planning database to maintain equipment lists and run reports.
    Prepare presentation packages for user group meetings.
    Document and complete meeting minutes for distribution.
    Research equipment specifications, as necessary.
    Update equipment lists based on user input.
    Assist in assembling Architecturally Significant Equipment (ASE) cut sheet book.
    Assist with the various tasks associated with the procurement management process for clients.
    Ability to travel 30-40% of time including overnight stays.
    Provide and maintain professional customer interface and client/vendor relations.
    Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    Skills:
    Strong oral and written communication skills.
    Possess strong organization and multitasking skills.
    Strong research skills.
    Computer proficiency required including spreadsheets and database.
    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
    Must be detailed oriented and work well with others.

    Education and Experience:
    Minimum 1-3 years of experience within Medical Equipment Planning industry or equivalent field.
    Associates or Undergraduate Degree preferred.
    Knowledge of hospital/clinic department function preferred.
    Basic Construction Terminology preferred.

    Physical Requirements:
    Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, talk, see, hear, and lift objects up to 25 pounds. Occasionally required to drive, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach with hands or arms, and grasp or pull.
    Will have limited exposure to outside weather conditions and loud noises.
