- Lead content creation and curation for clients' social media, including developing editorial calendars, crafting post copies, and overseeing design/motion graphic tasks;
- Create social coverage strategies for special activations in alignment with overall content plans;
- Handle channel maintenance and post publishing under the guidance of the Senior Social Media Strategist;
- Compile and present data for content performance evaluations;
- Collaborate with senior colleagues and media teams to manage influencer content and brand collaborations;
- Keep abreast of industry and social media trends, tools, platforms, innovations, and best practices;
- Engage with and moderate clients' communities, including proactive interactions and crisis monitoring.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree;
- Possess over 3 years of experience in an agency or marketing role with a focus on social media;
- Have proficiency in social media scheduling and content management tools;
- Showcase a strong portfolio of successful campaigns that reflect creative storytelling skills on various social platforms, driving engagement and conversions;
- Demonstrate excellent communication, creative thinking, and data-driven decision-making abilities;
- Exhibit outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading aptitude;
- Display a proactive learning attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines;
- Be independent, adaptable, and eager to embrace change.
