Description
To strengthen our team at our main headquarters in Münster, we are currently looking for an HR Consultant IT (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible


Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a comparable professional qualification
  • Relevant experience in designing HR projects
  • In-depth understanding of human resources processes (PA, PC, PT, OM)
  • Strong IT affinity
  • First experience with SAP SuccessFactors desirable
  • Ideally, first experience in implementing a digital personnel deployment planning (PEP)

What you will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the efficient implementation and further development of the IT-HR landscape
  • Consulting, optimizing and administering personnel processes as well as modern SAP applications such as HCM, SuccessFactors
  • Planning, organizing and conducting HR digitization projects
  • Designing, implementing and implementing processes in consultation with the specialist departments
  • Implementing and testing requirements/changes in the SAP HR modules What we offer:
