Your tasks
- Contact person for technical issues for users and tenants of properties - mainly commercial properties (real or partial ownership and rental space)
- Ensuring smooth and proper operation of branch locations
- Technical property management in terms of sustainable profitability and preservation or development of value
- Controlling and management of facility management
- Initiating, commissioning, monitoring and acceptance of maintenance, maintenance measures, conversions and renovations
- Management of external service providers: e.g. creation of performance specifications, coordination of tenders as well as award and contract negotiations including control and ongoing quality control as well as invoice verification
- Assuming owner responsibilities and ensuring safety-related requirements within the framework of operator responsibility as well as reducing operator risks
- Development, implementation and optimization of strategic measures and processes as well as participation in the development of maintenance strategies and plans
- Budget planning and responsibility for the assigned budget positions
- Preparation of regular documentation and reporting as well as meaningful templates for management and executive board
Your profile
- Completed technical and real estate-related studies
- Extensive knowledge of operator responsibilities and management of facility managers
- Comprehensive experience in technical property and building management and/or in the real estate industry
