Exciting new permanent opportunity for a Head of DevOps to join a global e-health company in Germany at Millfield.

Please note: This position is fully remote and requires candidates based in Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the DevOps team, fostering a continuous improvement mindset
  • Collaborate closely with frontend and backend engineering teams on all technical operations
  • Promote, document, and implement DevOps best practices, creating tools to support the development and deployment of high-quality software
  • Develop and implement DevOps strategies and processes to streamline development workflows

Required Experience:

  • Experience managing teams of 20+ DevOps Engineers
  • Experience managing Team Leaders
  • Background in DevOps engineering
  • Ability to contribute to architecture and engineering processes within DevOps
