Description

As the leader of our team, you will be responsible for organizing the safe and timely delivery of partial and full loads, whether it be with articulated trucks, Euro and Megatrailers, or standard trucks.

You will also be responsible for managing and leading the existing team.

Additionally, you will serve as the competent point of contact for our customers in regards to hazardous goods, general cargo, and direct loads.

In collaboration with other medium-sized freight and logistics companies, you will offer a comprehensive service for the procurement and distribution of our customers' goods.

Your tasks:

Leading the team in the area of regional traffic dispatch
Responsibility for achieving the goals of the regional traffic dispatch department
Responsibility for the further development and strategic orientation of the department
Collaboration and continuous communication with internal interfaces
Selection of suitable transport companies based on cost, quality, and sustainability
Creating and evaluating statistics and key figures

Your profile:

Successfully completed training in the field of freight forwarding and logistics, ideally with additional qualifications such as a specialist degree
Extensive experience in operational dispatch and first leadership experience
Good knowledge of controlling with key figures
Negotiation skills combined with a strong costconsciousness
Confident and motivating demeanor, high level of communication skills, and a cando mentality
Fluent in German and proficient in English
