Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on all brand product categories sampling/testing men's fragrance
Ensuring all products are represented and displayed to brands' visual directives
Understanding of the brand heritage, values, message, and target audience
Comply with all salesrelated policies and procedures as set by Winston Retail
Complete a store visit report and provide before and after photography

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience:

13 year's client interaction within the luxury retail environment
Experience in the luxury fragrance, jewelry, and/or beauty industry
Influence purchase decisions by mastering the art of balancing patience and assertiveness
Knowledge of the highend market, and following fashion and fragrance trends
Proficient in capturing crisp, clear mirror image photography (showcase completed work)
Must have the ability to upload a report, which includes multiple photos, to our reporting site via the app
Due to the flexible nature of the position, days and hours may vary depending on peak sales times
