YOUR MISSION:


  • Lead and develop our activities in the ecommerce sector
  • Coordinate and participate in the implementation of webshop development programs from both a technical and commercial perspective
  • Implement strategies to optimize webshop performance and customer experience, including monitoring and analyzing KPIs
  • Familiar with AB/MVT testing and act as a central point of contact to gather and prioritize website requirements from all departments
  • Responsible for independent stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders regarding technical and operational implementation
  • Responsible for the overall performance, leadership, development, and promotion of your team of developers (3 employees)

WHAT SETS YOU APART:


  • Completed (Master's) degree in business administration, marketing, or similar fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the startup/ecommerce sector and/or FMCG environment
  • You have ideally already successfully managed a team
  • You can successfully convey a clear vision to your team by demonstrating not only responsibility, organizational strength, and teamwork, but also never losing sight of the big picture.
  • Indepth understanding of ecommerce platforms, particularly experience with webshop optimization (e.g. Shopify)
  • A combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and an affinity for numbers and data
  • Fluent in German and English (C1) for communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiar with agile working methods
