The Client Services Associate will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership
Job Overview:
The Client Services Associate provides exceptional office and mail services, delivering operational functions in the following areas: processing of inbound/outbound mail, distributing/delivering of mail, shipping and receiving product and supplies to support onsite business service center, replenishing/organizing/ordering office supplies (pens, paper, toner), insuring copy/print machines are functional and stocked, serving as a backup to the front of office (reception/concierge), and providing light maintenance/cleaning.
Overall, this position continuously offers the highest level of service to all client and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides 5-star customer service to all employees (in all forms of communication).Order acceptance and delivery. Visually inspect cartons for damage, and reconciliation of shipment with shipping documentation.
Asset tag & update asset data repository.
Provide secure warehousing of assetsPerform asset pickup and delivery onsite.
Maintain an accurate inventory of assets and associated hardwareProvides oversight and audit function for assets received into databaseSubmit monthly touch count reportsWork effectively and efficiently with cross-functional teams.
Follow company policies and procedures, including training.Wipe all data from the hard drives of desktop or laptop PC's which are no longer in use and are planned for disposal.
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.Travel to assigned locations to perform the duties as required.
Work may require in excess of a regular, full-time work week including nights and weekends to perform the essential duties of the job (OT paid)Emphasis on extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through.
Job Requirements:
Possess technical aptitude both hardware and software.
Possess relevant IT skills in basic MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word. Possess basic to advanced IT hardware skills especially in product identification.
Ability to quickly learn various inventory systems with probable remote training.
Very strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through skillsAble to work independently with some directionKnowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills for a challenging and customer focused working environment.Professional demeanorAble to perform basic math functionsPerform lifting up to 50 lbs. Standing and walking required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required. 1+ years prior work experience preferred.
Ability to work assigned work hours determined by manager. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Current knowledge or ability to learn computer-based systems required for functions of position.
Required to maintain an overall professional appearance and attitude.
Adhere to all policies and procedures required.
Physical Demands:
Approximately 50% of the time this position requires the below physical demands.
Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 60 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time.Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.).Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently.
Travel:
Must have a valid driver's license and good driving recordMay be required to travel to alternate site locations (within 45-50 miles)
