- Clean and organize the Key Machine Department
- Ensure all vehicles are parked and aligned per Company standards
- Maintain clear main shop waiter spots
- Ensure all electric vehicles are plugged in
- Verify correct insertion and matching of keys on the Key Machine screen
- Provide seat covers for all service cars
- Maintain key, car, and seat cover inventory
- Keep radios charged and operational
- Promptly respond to radio calls and technician requests
- Manage the correct placement of SALES vehicles
- Attend to cars with window/sunroof issues
- Support valets in fulfilling requests and pickups
- Oversee opening and closing of inventory
- Assist in clearing service drive if necessary
- Support Drivers in TOW-in Procedures
- Greet and assist team members professionally and courteously
- Answer the Phone with a friendly attitude and provide assistance
- Make copies of logs, maintain Walkie talkies, ensuring legible notes
- Open and prepare the store early in the day
- Close the store at the end of the day
- Assist in customer service and maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Manage the alarm and security systems
- Properly log and insert all keys into the Key Machine
- Identify and report working condition issues
- Review Logs to ensure accuracy
- Promote effective communication and teamwork
- Helping in tasks from other departments based on business needs
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in an Auto Dealership
- Basic computer skills
- Pleasant demeanor and friendly disposition
- Diligent and responsible approach
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Timely management of emails and requests
- Attention to detail and organizational prowess
- Capability to delegate tasks efficiently
