- Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Ensuring customer complaints are handled tactfully, promptly, with genuine concern, and per brand standards
- Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction and brand Customer Survey Score Cards by ensuring the quality and promptness of all parts requests
- Complete training programs and certification programs
- Monitors shop conditions, cleanliness, and safety
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answers phone calls, provides price quotes and other information as needed
- Pulls and fills orders from stock
- Conducts a weekly bin check to ensure the accuracy of stock
- Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on the service repair order
- Receives payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization
- Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up
- Must follow and adhere to brand guidelines and customer service expectations
- Must have a strong focus on keeping KPI scores high
- Must be a process-driven individual with the strong ability to multitask
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- 1-year experience with auto parts sales (preferred)
