As an Order Processing Employee (m/f/d) in our sales branch in New Berlin, WI, you will support us in our daily work in the sales department and will be responsible for order acceptance and processing of orders and orders from our trade partners in the regional heating industry.


What you will achieve:


  • Telephone and personal consultation of our customers (specialized trade) in the sales branch
  • Creation and maintenance of customer master data in the ERP system
  • Coordinating and monitoring delivery dates for new orders and spare parts
  • Supporting the field service (technicians and sales employees), e.g. in coordinating appointments

Who you are:

You stand out in particular for your teamwork skills, commitment, and customer orientation. You are also a strong communicator and are used to working independently.

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Commercial and business knowledge from a similar role, such as in sales support, administrative work, or management
  • Good user knowledge of Google Workspace, SAP, or Salesforce is an advantage
  • Fluent German language skills
