Summary:


We are currently seeking a "Head of Group Controlling (f/m/d)" for our "Central Finance & Controlling" department at our Taufkirchen location.


The "Central Finance Organization" is responsible for the internal and external reporting, accounting, planning process, central Group Controlling, price auditing, tax department, and Finance Transformation Office.


Group Controlling oversees and manages the controlling and planning process for the entire HENSOLDT Group and serves as the main point of contact for the Chief Financial Officer.

This role also includes developing and implementing special analyses (such as inflation effects), coordinating and standardizing planning and controlling processes across the HENSOLDT Group, and driving digitalization efforts.


Your Tasks:

  • Responsible for the central planning and controlling process for the HENSOLDT Group
  • Manage and motivate two teams
  • Lead interdisciplinary teams, coordinate processes across organizations, and align assumptions
  • Develop targets for the group and implement measures to achieve them, including providing advice to the CFO and developing alternative scenarios, analyses, and recommendations from an investor's perspective
  • Support groupwide projects to increase efficiency
  • Prepare presentations and recommendations for the Executive Board, as well as for Boards and Committees
  • Conduct impairment tests for the group, lead special projects (such as inflation analyses), implement new controlling processes (
