Job Description Team DAKS is looking for a customer service representative (CSR) that are genuinely excited to help customers. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.Manage customer callsAssist in preparing food orderDaily and weekly cleaning tasksHandle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutionsFollow procedures, guidelines and policiesQualificationsExperience growing and promoting new leaders.
