- Manage customer calls
- Assist in preparing food order
- Daily and weekly cleaning tasks
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
- Experience growing and promoting new leaders.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in multi-unit organizations
- Management experience in the restaurant or retail industry preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills including public speaking
