We are currently looking for a
Trainee Corporate Customer Advisor (m/f/d) for Meißen to join our team as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities

  • Training in qualified corporate customer advice and support
  • Targeted and active scheduling of appointments from the customer base, as well as corresponding telephone and personal communication with customers and appointment arrangements
  • Preparation and followup of consultation meetings
  • Administrative tasks related to customer care
  • Processing of tasks
  • Acquisition of new customers and members
  • Implementation of marketing/sales promotion activities
  • Performance of advisoryrelated tasks
  • Disposition of assigned customer relationships within defined limits
  • Ensuring quality management
  • Implementation and compliance with defined quality standards
  • Representing the bank in public

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience in customer advisory
  • Knowledge of credit business as well as tax and legal issues
  • Market and customer orientation, flexibility and resilience, confident appearance
  • High level of initiative
