Overview:

Bold Preserve & Janitorial is a leading post-construction cleaning company known for our commitment to quality and excellence in Texas.

We are seeking dedicated New Construction Home Cleaners to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within all properties.


Duties:

• Remove any debris that is too large to be vacuumed
• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and high power vacuuming all areas including air vents
• Vacuum and steam clean carpeted floors.
• Remove stickers from doors, windows, cabinet handles, and equipment.
• Handle waste disposal following proper procedures
• Dust and clean the inside and outside of cabinets and drawers, shelves, ceiling fan, doors and window framesPower wash walls and exterior floors such as walkways and driveways
• Scrub and sanitize sinks, faucets, and toliets
• Scrub floor tiles with attention to grout lines
• Wipe and scrub off scuff marks, paint, and plaster from door hinges, floors and walls
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Job Requirements

• Must have own cleaning equipment
• Must have great attendance and on time
• Must have prior experience in post construction new home cleaning is preferred
• Knowledge of custodial duties and housekeeping management practices
• Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning
• Must complete projects by due date

• Window washing equipment (window bucket, golden glove, or strip washer, extra rubber blades and scrapers)
