    Description

    We are currently looking for a skilled Senior CNC Programmer who stands out for their exceptional people skills, reliability, team spirit, and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on programming experience, particularly with Mastercam, and should excel in planning and programming for 3 Axis and 4 Axis CNC machines. Any background in lathe programming would be a big plus.

    About the Role:

    • Plan and program for 3 Axis and 4 Axis (5 Axis is a plus) CNC machines in the milling department.
    • Assign tasks to department staff and support them with setups and problem-solving as required.
    • Work closely with Production and Quality Managers to tackle job-related challenges.
    • Ensure that the department has the necessary materials and resources.
    • Manage the machine program database and oversee fixtures, tools, and supplies.
    • Uphold quality standards for the company and customers, following ISO Quality System protocols.
    • Propose ideas for continuous improvement to boost department efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Maintain a tidy and safe work environment.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of CNC programming experience, with expertise in Mastercam.
    • Advantageous to have experience in lathe programming.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with clear communication and active listening abilities.
    • Reliability and consistency in completing job tasks.
    • Team player, ready to collaborate and assist others when needed.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, including task prioritization and error reduction.
    • Familiarity with ISO Quality System requirements is a plus.
