    Job Title:
    CNC Programmer    *Job Description
    We are excited to announce a job opening for a passionate and experienced CNC Programmer.

    The successful candidate will be working on the first shift, and will be instrumental in developing programs, running them on our machinery, and instructing the production floor on their proper use.

    This role demands hands-on involvement with our machinery as well as a strong understanding of CAM software and Microsoft office.

    We are particularly interested in individuals with a experience in Mastercam, though experience with Hyper Mill, Siemens NX, CAM Works would also be beneficial.

    This role involves active participation in team building exercises and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance CNC processes and programs, and incorporate new CNC code into existing or legacy programs.    Hard Skills
    + Experience using CAM Software to generate CNC Programs+ Comfort using CAD software to design holding fixtures, custom cutting tools, and product drawings+ Experience processing work and programming on horizontal and vertical
    • Axis /
    • Axis+ Comfortable presenting new production introductions, guiding individuals through set ups, program prove outs & cutting tools+ 5 years of experience in manual machining experience and CNC Machines/ControlsSoft Skills
      + Team player+ Open to continuous learning and improvementJob Type
      This is a permanent position.
    Work Site
    This is a fully on-site position in Agawam, Massachusetts.Work Environment
    This is a full-time position, working on the first shift.

    The successful candidate will be expected to be hands-on with our machinery and will be part of a dynamic team that values continuous improvement and team building.
