Service Advisor (m/f/d)
– also open to newly trained apprentices –

These are your tasks with us:

You welcome our customers and embody the role of a host in the branch
You provide comprehensive and customer-oriented service and identify the needs and desires of our customers
You act as a digital guide for using our online applications
You advise and support a dedicated customer base in standardized passive/active business (including affiliated products)
You actively participate in the implementation of sales campaigns and cross-selling activities
