Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Conduct outbound calls for sales promotions or followup purposes
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Previous Parts experience in HVAC/Plumbing/Wholesale a PLUS
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Knowledge of telemarketing or inside sales techniques is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions
