As our Senior UX/UI Designer, you will have the opportunity to work with our growing cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Javascript Engineers, and Python Engineers.

Responsibilities:

As a fully integrated member of our core Product team, you will be responsible for the UX (research, synthesis, concept to UI) throughout the entire product development process.
Lead cocreation sessions to generate ideas, align on goals, and ensure that ideas are in line with business objectives and user needs.
Conduct user testing (of prototypes) and customer/expert interviews to gather feedback on the service and understand the problems of our target audience.
Create UX concepts, such as information architecture, screen flows, and wireframes, as well as prototypes based on wireframes.
Continuously improve the visual design and quality of our product.
Facilitate workshops, such as cocreation, retrospectives, feedback sessions, and ideation, to support business and product leadership.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in a startup or agency.
Previous experience in the full product development cycle (from discovery to launch).
Proficiency in tools like Figma and Adobe
