About One White Street
One White Street is a 1-Michelin Starred restaurant located in a historic townhouse building in Tribeca, New York City.
The restaurant features both a casual a-la-carte menu in the downstairs dining room and an elevated tasting menu experience upstairs, all focusing on seasonal ingredients from One White Street's private farm in the Hudson Valley.
The Opportunity

- Ability to connect with new guests and maintain great relationships with regulars
- A strong attention to detail
- Multiple years experience working in a highcaliber restaurant
Key Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the entire leadership team to promote a strong and unified dynamic—breaking barriers of separation between FOH and BOH
- Maintains high service standards across all Dining Room staff, providing training and development as needed
- Leads daily preshift meetings when necessary
- Oversees organization, efficiency, and policies pertaining to service in the dining room
- Provides daily service reports on performance, sales, and special notes
- Prepares materials necessary for daily service, including menus, reservation notes, and floor plans
- Works with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager to execute goals for daytoday operations as well as longterm initiatives to drive sales, manage costs, and grow the business
- Enhances and strengthens guest relationships, established and new
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Ability to be flexible with job demands and openminded when being asked to complete tasks
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the restaurant
- Ability to handle stress under pressure
- Ability to move or handle equipment throughout the restaurant generally weighing 050 pounds
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 810 hours a day
