Job Summary

The primary function of the Territory Account Manager is to maintain the current customer base within the territory while cultivating any potential new business.

The job requires actively seeking out and targeting new customers for Service and Body Shops, maintaining and improving relationships with existing customers, making sales calls on a regular basis and following up as needed.

Additional responsibilities include working with department managers to settle customer disputes and preparing repair estimates and quotes for customers.
