- Provide logistics application expertise in support of Cepheid's supply chain and customer experience digitalization efforts.
- Advise on SAP business process and systems best practices in support of warehouse management, manufacturing material flow and distribution operations.
- Harmonize existing regional processes into scalable global solutions.
- Translate supply chain business requirements and design technical solutions in collaboration with IT.
- Write, update and/or assist with the development of current and new SOPs.
- Perform system testing and validation.
The essential requirements of the job include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related degrees and a minimum of 5+ years ERP experience
- The ability to provide strategic insight into scalable solutions aligned with business goals in a fast-paced, growth oriented environment
- Experience with RF hardware and/or RFID deployment and material flow automation
- Understanding business processes and how they map to core SAP processes
- Processing impact identification on data integrity and related mitigation efforts in support of KPI's used in daily management and executive dashboards
- Working knowledge of 3PL integrations and transactions
- Experience with SAP Supply Chain modules; Materials Management, Production Planning, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Procurement, Service
- Identifying, understanding and planning for organizational and human impacts of planned systems and ensuring that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and skill sets.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - DBS, LEAN or Six Sigma operational excellence training or certification
- Experience with SAP, S/4 Hana, Camstar, Agile
- Experience working in manufacturing and/or highly regulated environments.

The Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional business teams and IT on the design and implementation of automation hardware & software to facilitate operational efficiency.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
