Fair Logistics was founded in 2007 and started in Birmingham, Alabama with a focus in medical device logistics.

This focus allowed us to learn the medical device supply chain to the extent our goal quickly became to be an indistinguishable extension of our clients.

As we grew our footprint and expanded further in the healthcare industry, it became evident that we could provide our services to more than just medical device distributors and we quickly grew into the medical delivery field specializing in Orthopedics and surgical kits.

SHIFT DAYS & TIMES


Mon-Fri | 7:00a to 6:00p | *Alternating weekend schedule averaging out to about 1 weekend a month
If you are scheduled to work on the weekend, then you have the option of taking Thursday off.



PAY STRUCTURE
Weekly payouts up to $1200. Paid training for up to 2 weeks with lead drivers and dispatchers. As this is an Independent Contractor position, overtime is paid out as the regular pay rate.
Higher weekly pay for those who do own their own cargo/sprinter vans.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must live in Austin, TX or a surrounding area.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have a fully functioning smartphone.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must maintain professionalism in all settings and keep a clean appearance.
  • Must be on time and reliable.
  • Must be attentive to details.
  • Must be selfmotivated and selfstarter.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
