    The Queen Anne Collection has an immediate opening for an experienced Service Technician Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Service Technician plays a critical role in our success.

    The Queen Anne Collection consists of four unique apartment buildings in the historical Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle. These mid-rise buildings contain a total of 245 modern apartments, and are easily accessible by public transportation.


    JOB DESCRIPTION

    This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

    What your day might look like

  • Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
  • Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (including appliance repairs)
  • Prepare apartments for new move in's by completing "make-ready" process
  • Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas
  • Assist with vendor management and other duties
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipmentWhat we are looking for
  • Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
  • Previous experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing
  • High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively

If you're looking for more, we're looking for you #LI-KK The hourly range for this position is $ $26.00 Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance. Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
