As a Microsoft Alliance Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with Microsoft. You will work closely with internal teams to drive collaboration, innovation, and growth opportunities through the Microsoft ecosystem.

This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of Microsoft's products and services, and a genuine passion for developing and executing a strategy to drive scale and repeatability.

What You'll Be Doing

• Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders throughout the Microsoft organization to drive alignment and collaboration. Develop comprehensive alliance strategies to maximize mutual benefits and drive longterm growth.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Microsoft, including executives, product managers, and sales teams. Act as the primary point of contact for all alliancerelated activities and ensure alignment between both organizations.
• Collaboration and Alignment: Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and Microsoft to drive joint initiatives, including product integrations, joint marketing campaigns, and coselling activities. Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of priorities, resources, and timelines.
• Pipeline Development: Work closely with Microsoft sellers to identify and pursue opportunities for joint engagement, ensuring a healthy pipeline of opportunities for Experlogix solutions.

Opportunity Identification:
Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem. Identify new opportunities for collaboration and innovation that can benefit both parties.

• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of ongoing initiatives. Regularly analyze performance data and provide reports to internal stakeholders and Microsoft counterparts, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

What You'll Bring To The Table
Alliance/Partner management experience at a SaaS company, preferably a Dynamics ISV
years proven experience in partnership management, business development, or alliance management, preferably in the Microsoft Dynamics industry

• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, products, and services, with a focus on enterprise software, and emerging technologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to find new contacts, build rapport and influence decisionmaking at all levels of an organization
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, and drive results in a fastpaced environment
• Desire to be on the road at least 50% of the time, meeting with Microsoft stakeholders, attending industry events, sometimes on short notice
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, or related field
