    Description

    Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and charismatic individuals to join our team as Food Servers. As a Food Server at Nightcap, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our guests' experience by providing exceptional service, crafting delicious cocktails, and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our establishment.

    Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
  • Upselling: Promote specials, signature cocktails, and upsell additional items to enhance guests' experience and increase revenue.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Demonstrate expertise in our cocktail menu, food menu, and burlesque performances to answer guest inquiries and make recommendations.
  • Maintaining Standards: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with bartenders, performers, and other team members to ensure seamless service and a memorable experience for guests.
  • Upscale Presentation: Uphold the elegant and sophisticated atmosphere of the club through professional appearance, demeanor, and communication.

    • Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in a high-volume bar or nightclub environment, is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests and provide exceptional service.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, outgoing personality, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences to guests.

    • Schedule: This position requires flexibility in scheduling and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the club's operating hours and special events.
