- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users in a timely and professional manner, both remotely and on-site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues using effective diagnostic techniques.
- Configure and deploy desktops and laptops using Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Perform data backups and recoveries utilizing established procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support interactions and resolutions.
- Assist with user onboarding and new equipment setup, delivering a white-glove experience.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential IT issues to minimize user downtime.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and best practices in desktop support.
- Collaborate effectively with other IT team members to ensure seamless problem resolution.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
- Proven experience providing white-glove service to end-users.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems (10/11 preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM for desktop deployment (highly preferred).
- Knowledge of data backup and recovery procedures.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to user satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A+ Certification or equivalent experience (a plus).
