To achieve these goals, we are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Deputy Production Manager (m/f/d) - Packaging.

Your responsibilities will include:

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Leading and organizing the production department in packaging with over 150 employees and responsibility for process key figures for profitability and quality
Timely, quality and cost-effective processing of orders in a regulated environment
Identification and utilization of optimization potentials
Responsibility for resource planning of personnel, materials and machines to ensure smooth production processes
Ongoing strategic and organizational development of production
Regular management reporting

What we expect from you:

You have a degree in a technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering, packaging or industrial
