McLane Middleton, a leading New England-based law firm, is seeking an Entity Management Specialist in our Manchester, New Hampshire office.

Responsibilities:


  • Review and process client corporate records; perform data entry according to standard operating procedures
  • Run docket reports and respond to requests for data
  • Coordinate tasks and other followup items received from legal professionals to records management and the Corporate Department
  • Perform data remediation, along with backlog data entry work
  • Perform quality assurance checks and periodic reviews to ensure conformance with data maintenance standards
  • Assist the Director of Information Governance with the development of procedures
  • Enter trust entity data and confirm data values with legal and administrative professionals
  • Perform various file maintenance and records management tasks
  • Provide training to legal professionals and administrative staff

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or above or equivalent experience required
  • Experience working with databases and document management systems preferred
  • Must observe the strictest confidentiality
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Ability to multitask and meet daily/monthly/annual deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
