    Symbii Home Health and Hospice is seeking an RN Case Manager to join our team

    • Flexible hours: You make your own schedule based upon your needs and the needs of your patients. You can run an errand, pick up your kids, or go to an appointment between patients.
    • Minimal Weekends: Our nurses work an average of 1 weekend every 1-2 months and do minimal visits during their on-call weekend.
    • Freedom from being stuck in the hospital or a facility for long shifts: Typical workday for home health and hospice is 8-5, M-F.

    • Be a part of a large caregiving community: You will have the opportunity to develop relationships with other caregivers in the facilities and physician's offices of your patients as you coordinate care.

    Job Requirements:

    Must possess a valid RN license for the State of Idaho

    Must hold a current CPR certification

    Must hold a valid driver's license and current auto insurance

    Compensation: $36-$45
