The Aktion Jugendschutz, Landesarbeitsstelle Bayern e.V. (aj) is a state-wide organization dedicated to preventive child and youth protection.
Young people have a right to protection, support and participation. For over 50 years, aj has been making an important contribution to supporting these rights by empowering multipliers to promote life skills that enable children and adolescents to better protect themselves from harmful influences.
Our members include welfare associations, municipal umbrella organizations, the Bavarian Youth Ring, and over thirty other institutions from the fields of child and youth welfare, education, and adult education.

We are looking for:

Social Pedagogue as a Specialist in Addiction Prevention (m/f/d)

for 20.05 hours

This position is initially limited to January 2026 as a parental leave replacement and is expected to be converted into a permanent position afterwards.

Your tasks:

  • This position offers a diverse and interesting range of responsibilities with room for creativity.
  • You will be primarily responsible for steering and developing state-wide projects and measures in addiction prevention for various target groups in child and youth protection work.
  • You will conduct research on relevant topics and facilitate the transfer of knowledge between science and practice
