- Track and trace shipments
- Execute strategies and vision for the department
- Process documentation, including house and master bills of lading, commercial documents and customs documents
- Assist in improving service and operations
- Offer input and ideas to client requests for service
- Accurate data entry and audit of Vendor invoices
- Communicate effectively with customer and vendors
- Monitor reports and workflow
- Maintain compliance standards, including internal policies and government regulations
- Additional tasks to be assigned as needed by the manager.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a logistics business required
- Must use Critical thinking skills
- Have strong math skills as well as Excel skills
- Work in fast paced and deadline driven department
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish
