  • Identify the need for upgrades and the opportunities for improvement
  • Liaison with other departments to improve overall operations

  • Provide valuable insight while creating actions plans
  • Guide efforts to respond to unforeseen circumstances that impact our organization and/or our clients
  • Ensure 24x7 operations and oncall SLAs are met without the assistance of the CEO

Job Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's Degree, Technical school, or combination of education and experience


Experience:

Previous Managed Service Provider experience a must

At least 7 years of experience/knowledge of many of the following:


  • Windows Server
  • DNS


  • Microsoft 36

  • Network Fundamentals
  • Virtualization
  • Vendor/Partner relationships
  • Procurement
  • Business Management
  • Shipping, receiving, and procurement of product and supplies (including dropping off at vendor shipment hubs)

Requirements:


  • Valid Driver's License
  • Own Vehicle for Transportation
  • Valid Car Insurance
  • Must be willing to commute to Erdenheim, PA (this is not a remote position but may work from home time to time
  • Ability to visit local client sites
  • Occasional regional or national travel required to premium customers
