Description

Our
ASI Converter Operator I set ups, operates, and maintains a paper converter. They assist with the development of SOPs, maintenance schedules, and training curriculum for converter. This position also learns to set up, maintain, and operate our plastic bag converters to support the entire operation. This position also supports ASI production as needed.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
2pm to 10pm

What you'll do:

Set up, operate, and maintain the paper bag converter
Follow all safety rules and regulations, wear proper PPE equipment and maintain a clean work area
Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers regarding orders and equipment maintenance
Train operators to set up, operate, and maintain the paper converter
Meet production output requirements and maintain high quality work
Work in ASI production as needed.
Willingness to work overtime as needed

Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Minimum of 4 years of experience operating and maintaining heavy production equipment
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift 35 pounds
