This is a hybrid role and requires reporting to our West Florida offices quarterly for team meetings and resource recruiting.

Essential Job Functions of the Regional Manager:

  • Operational ownership of client experience and calendar coverage within the region
  • Oversee Resource Assignment Analysts to provide mentorship and guidance on coverage strategy and concerns
  • Partner with sales leadership and sales team on strategies for client retention and revenue opportunities
  • Act as a point person for client escalations; handling from start to resolution
  • Identify areas of improvement to pursue with the Regional Director
  • Work with Director on process or workflow improvements
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding staff and resources
  • Weekly and monthly reports

Requirements to become a Regional Manager**:

  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple platforms
  • Strong customer service and leadership skills
  • Reliable and flexible
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred but not required

Legal experience is a bonus:

  • Must reside in Florida state and be willing to periodically visit our West Florida offices: Tampa, Sarasota, Fort Myers
