    Job Description:
    We are assisting our Dallas, TX client in a search for a Senior Tax Accountant. This position will be responsible for managing client engagements and collecting data needed to analyze and file client tax returns. This is a supervisory role, and the ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and public accounting experience.

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee client engagements, from tax planning to tax return filings.
    • Review tax returns prepared by staff level team members.
    • Research tax strategies to minimize liability for clients.
    • Delegate work as needed to meet deadlines and maximize the utilization of team members.
    • Prepare amended returns and tax accruals as needed.
    • Support business development initiatives.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • CPA certification.
    • 4+ years of relevant public accounting experience.
    • Ability to meet multiple concurrent deadlines.
    • Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to various systems.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Extensive knowledge of tax standards and research sources.
