YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As a Store Manager, you will lead your store and take responsibility for its long-term profitability and efficient processes.
- With a business-oriented eye for important details and key figures, you recognize the strengths and weaknesses of your store and organize yourself and your employees to ensure optimal positioning in the market.
- In addition to managing employees, you are also responsible for their further training.
- For this, you maintain close contact with your store's managers (such as Sales Managers or Team Leaders), who act as the interface between you and the sales staff.
- In day-to-day operations, you are present on the sales floor and always lead by example in customer interactions.
- You take customer questions, suggestions, and improvement ideas seriously and address them promptly.
