BR&T is seeking a motivated and talented
Chemical Technical Specialist specializing in analytical chemistry and aerospace finishing systems.

We are seeking an
Entry or Associate level Specialist to join our team to join our Chemical Technology team located at the Boeing facility in
Huntington Beach, California.

Position Responsibilities:

Assists with the integration of engineering designs
Assists in the identification and validation of user access roles
Assists with the development and implementation of standards
Assists in the development, maintenance and distribution of engineering documents, reports and correspondence to enable business activity
Collects engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs
Works under close supervision

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
1 + years' experience working in a laboratory environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3 + years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years' experience in a laboratory environment following safety protocols
On track to receive a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

Typical Education/Experience:

Entry (Level 1):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).

Associate (Level 2):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range Entry Level:
$59,500 - $80,500

Summary pay range Associate Level:
$76,500 - $103,500
