- Active bar license in North Carolina. (must have)
- Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school. (must have)
- 5 or more years of litigation experience in insurance defense, liability, construction defect, injury, and/or complex commercial litigation
- Ability to manage cases throughout all stages of litigation; reviewing and propounding discovery, taking, and defending depositions, trial prep, and attendance at hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trial
- Possess superior writing and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Experience with Federal and State Court litigation is preferred

Seeking experienced Insurance Defense Attorney in Raleigh, NC with trial experience to join their esteemed litigation team. The position involves working with insurers and businesses through litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
