Hello, I am 37 years old, 5'4" and have always been involved in weightlifting, boxing, and surfing. However, due to a jaw injury, I had to stop these sports and have gained 55 pounds in the past 8 months. Currently, I only practice motocross and I am looking to start a weight loss journey followed by a phase of building muscle and then defining my physique. My ultimate goal is to compete in a bodybuilding competition. I am willing to use supplements once I am in shape. I am looking for a trainer who can help me achieve my goals.
