Key Account Coordinator (m/f/d)


PolyComp GmbH, located in Norderstedt near Hamburg, is a contract manufacturer and licensing producer for technical plastics within the Feddersen Group.

The Feddersen Group is an expanding company group with a focus on foreign trade, distribution and marketing of plastics, plastic production, mechanical engineering and stainless steel trading.

Since 2000, we have been operating under our current company name, after the company emerged as a management buy-out from the former Borealis Compounds GmbH.

We are your competent partner when it comes to product transfers in the sense of contract and licensing manufacturing based on similar machine technology, new process developments or optimizations, new product developments in line with process capability, complexity of products in customer in-house production, special plant equipment and much more.

Your tasks

  • First point of contact for the customer and responsible for the care and further development of our partnership customer relationships
  • Joint development of the international sales strategy for the thirdparty business together with the management
  • Determination of contract terms and conducting contract negotiations together with the management
  • Preparation and execution of product presentations at the customer's site
  • Preparation of visit reports and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Coordination between the various internal functional areas for our customers
