Due to a new partnership, we have seen rapid growth and are in immediate need of a lively and team-oriented Customer Support Trainee to join our Customer Service and Sales Department.

This is a front-facing position and is an integral part to the growth and expansion of our partnership with a community outreach telecommunications program.


Summary of the Customer Support Trainee Position: The Customer Support Trainee is the direct point of contact, or "front line," to our consumer base. From providing accurate and timely answers to going step by step through the sales process, the Customer Support Representative needs to be energetic and organized to deliver an unforgettable experience that keeps our customers coming back


Core Daily Functions of Our Customer Support Trainee:

  • Work directly with our customer base and help enroll them through the sales process
  • Demonstrate expertise in our clients' products and services
  • Answer any customer questions and concerns regarding the information on pricing, policies, contracts, sales, and delivery process
  • Interact in a professional and empathetic manner while working externally with customers as well as internally with management or other Customer Support Trainees
  • Follow all compliance, guidelines, and procedures laid out by our Quality Control team throughout the sales process and interaction
  • Keep uptodate files with the compliance department of all information on new and existing customer accounts throughout their sales process to delivery

Customer Support Trainee Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • 12 years of Customer Service and/or sales experience is preferred and recommended
  • Experience in a customerfacing environment where you are comfortable working with other people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrives working in a fastpaced environment with a diverse team
  • Ability to multitask and take initiative in daily and weekly tasks

Pay:
$ $1,200.00 per week
