For our clients in Kiel and surrounding areas, we are looking for a Flagler.


These are your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring an efficient personnel deployment plan within your area of responsibility
  • Leading and providing professional guidance to your regional care teams
  • Individual and needs-based support of employees
  • Monitoring the entire care and support process and ensuring our quality standards
  • Advising our patients and their families on the type and scope of necessary outpatient care
  • Admission and occupancy management of the assisted living communities in your region
  • Coordinating collaboration with doctors, therapists, and other partners


What you should bring:

  • Registered nurse or certified geriatric nurse with a successfully completed further education as a nursing service manager or a degree in nursing management
  • Experience in outpatient care is an advantage
  • Enthusiasm and flexibility
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of social competence
  • Cooperative and motivating leadership style
