You'll provide expert advice to our customers regarding our product range, develop product solutions, and offer alternatives while considering legal requirements, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
You'll create and calculate quotes and negotiate terms with our customers, taking into account pricing guidelines. You'll also check for accuracy, such as delivery dates, prices, and availability.
You'll professionally handle orders and inquiries from our customers, both over the phone and through our ordering platform. You'll actively support our customers by recommending alternative and additional products.
You'll regularly exchange information about customer developments and other relevant information with your colleagues in the internal and external sales teams, and conduct tandem visits with the external sales team.
