DUTIES:
- Create and execute recruitment plans and succession plans.
- Document recruiting processes from beginning to end.
- Identify and utilize internal and external channels for recruitment.
- Represent and market Composite Technologies at various events.
- Ensure that diversity principles are integrated into the full talent acquisition process.
- Build a strong understanding of organizational needs and customer requirements and applies this to continuous recruitment processes.
- Customize recruitment strategies on critical to fill jobs working directly with the customer.
- Provide standard and ad hoc reports on recruitment programs and metrics to customers.
- Create, develop, and use data and data analysis to identify sourcing trends, forecasting, staffing needs analysis, turnover analysis, labor market analysis, successes and gaps and identifies actions and solutions as needed.
- Develop and manage key metrics for area of responsibility including time to fill, employee referral placements, quality of hire, cost per hire, accession rate, replacement costs etc.
- Develop and maintain a cold and warm recruitment process.
- Participate in broader HR projects as needed.

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- High school required, College Diploma in Human Resources or/and Business is preferred
- Minimum 5 yrs related recruitment experience
- Knowledge of HR legislation and legal implications as it relates to hiring
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with a sense of urgency and a demonstrated ability to act upon deadlines
- Must have good verbal and interpersonal skills to present information in a clear, concise, persuasive, and logical manner, both orally and written.
- Experience with manufacturing processes would be an asset
